1. Mr. Abulkaram Mushtaq M.Sc. – Dairy Science (Animal Husbandry)
With a 23 years of rich work experience which include 5 years as an Instructor in Ministry of Education in Eritrea, Ministry of Agriculture, Ethiopia and 19 years of dairy farm management. Has a varied work experience in Indian and International terrain. He worked in African sub continent, Middle East of Asia in large farms. He was responsible for building and managing large dairy farms, writing the Standard Operation Procedures, worked on housing, fodder plots and management according to the local climatic conditions. He has a progressive management experience and repeated success in developing project initiatives in cross-functional areas in Dairy Industry. Dr. B. Salivahana Chakravarthy M.V.Sc (Pathology)
Starting his career Dr, Salivahana Chakravarthy as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in charge of Veterinary Dispensary Rural extension, Animal Husbandry – Government of Odisha grew step by step and acquired hands on experience in implementing Animal Husbandry projects. He worked on academic side as a Lecturer in Government service training institute which involved training of Veterinary graduates, Para Vets, Lay Inseminators and Gopal Mithras in Animal reproduction, Artificial Insemination, Frozen semen technology and Animal Diseases. Worked on Indo Swiss Project Odisha, which included training in Animal Reproduction, Gynecology, and Frozen Semen Technology for the ParaVets and Lay Inseminators. Lastly worked with BAIF as Advisor for livestock based activities in the states of A.P. and Telangana.
3. Mr. G. L. Pushparaju, M. Sc (Microbiology),M.Tech (Biotechnology), M.Tech (Agricultural Biotechnology) IIT-Kharagpur
Mr. GL Pushparaju has foothold in multidisciplinary aspects of biology. He has research experience in the fields of biotechnology and plant tissue culture. He has practical hands on microbiology, genetics, bioinformatics and biostatistics. Also he has vast experience as technical Manager in seed industry for the Production, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing of Paddy Seed, Black gram, Green gram. He also worked as the editor for research journal of Omics publication
5. Dr. George Dominic M.V.Sc. PhD (Animal Nutrition)
Meritorious in academics Dr. George has done his M.V.Sc. research title “Effect of High Energy Diet on Early Lactation in Crossbred Cows”, and further completed his PhD in the same vertical from ICAR – National Dairy Research Institute (ICAR-NDRI), Karnal. Submitted various publications and received multiple awards in the discipline of Animal Nutrition. He has an expertise in the areas of Livestock farm management and Laboratory Animal Handling, Ruminant, Non Ruminant and Clinical Nutrition, In Vitro and In Vivo Nutritional Procedures and Instruments, Rumen microbiology techniques and Metabolism and Slaughter Studies. He has participated and presented research papers in various conferences held in India and abroad.
4. Mr. P.V. Ramachandra Rao B.Sc. (Agri)
Mr. PV Ramachandra Rao has overall exposure of 40 plus years in Indian and African terrains. He worked in Nigeria for Conteq Global Agro Limited and managed 10 Hectares of farm with 10 different crops for high yields through Bio – organic products. He travelled length and breadth of erstwhile AP for supporting the farmers in better production. He has a proven track record of technically supporting the farmers through better crop practices and making them adaptable to new farming technologies. Has a strong hold in soil management and irrigation frequencies and is coupled with management and usage of fertilizers, pesticides and utilization of Bio – organic stimulators.
6. Dr. Surender Maddala, M.Sc (Ag). PhD (Molecular Biology and Biotechnology)
A confident and highly organized administrative professional, Dr Surender has completed graduation in agriculture, post graduation (M.Sc. and PhD) in the discipline of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology. He has vast knowledge and experience in molecular plant breeding. Dr. Surender e has developed Quality Protein maize (QPM) inbreds and hybrids using marker assisted selection during his phd work on “conversion of elite non QP maize inbreds to QPM using marker assisted selection”. He has published several research papers in international reputed peer reviewed journals and also well acquainted with various molecular techniques including DNA fingerprinting, MAS and Bioinformatics.
7. Dr. Uday Kannegundla M.V.Sc. PhD (Animal Genetics and Breeding)
A highly professional and technically Sound, Dr. Uday has completed his master’s and doctorate in the discipline of Animal Genetics and Breeding. He has received several fellowships and awards including Prime Minister Fellowship for Doctorate research. He has immense knowledge and experience in Genetics with specialization in the field of genomics, proteomics and carried out research in biomarkers for semen functional traits in buffalo. He also have publications in various peer reviewed international and national journals.
